A family of four children and their teacher who recently returned from the United States of America and suspected for COVID-19 has been isolated at the Biosecurity Facility of the Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, the Lagos State Government has said. Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi who disclosed this today at a news conference to give updates on COVID19 in Lagos stated that the four children and their teacher were in close proximity with someone who had coronavirus infection. He explained further that the first test carried out on them was negative adding that a confirmation tests will still be repeated to determine the next point of action.
